Golf is a simple game, but which often offers surprisingly interesting gameplay, which makes it very fun to play. The goal is to remove all cards from the table by plaing them to the waste pile. A card may be played to the waste pile when it its value differs by one from the top card on the waste. When you can't play any cards to the waste, you may flip cards from the hand to the waste.

On the table, five rows of cards are dealt in seven columns. All cards are open, but only the top card in each pile is playable.
Cards on the table may be played on the waste if the top card on the waste is one higher or one lower than the card being played. Thus, if you have a 5 on the waste, you may play a 4 or a 6 from the table.
You flip through the hand one card at a time.
If you can clear the table, you have won the game.
>Topic<Strategy
When you can choose from two or more cards to play on the waste, check if it matters which one you pick.
As is often the case, it can pay to remember what cards are left in the hand.

This game was described in the book "Att spela patiens". In the book, there is a note made by my father long ago, saying "pretty fun". I agree.
